I hope everyone is doing well and enjoyed their gluten-free holidays. After a complicated pregnancy and delivery (I was unfortunately on bed rest for most of the last trimester and in labor for over 30 hours) I can say I'm finally settling into routines and enjoying motherhood with this little guy:
However, during my time off I can promise you my brain has been going and I've got tons of new recipes, ideas and info to share down the pike. My first step is to start working on a new page for the site that details restaurants in the area with gluten-free menus and offerings by location. I also have some new cookbook reviews coming and will definitely be sharing info about testing the waters with gluten exposure and a newborn.
