As great as some of these flour free recipes I'm finding are, there are inevitably going to be some cookie or baking recipes you'll want to try that require flour. In fact, I'm about to try one now. I'll let you know how it is in a bit. However, it's intimidating to try and combine those separate flour substitute ingredients. I go through some of the gluten free cook books and they talk about rice flour and tapioca flour etc. I get overwhelmed just looking at those recipes, I just want one combined substitute gluten free flour. Bob's has come to the rescue. Although it comes in small packs and is definitely more expensive, it does the job when it needs to be done. You can find Bob's right in the Giant gluten free aisle.
