These tasty cookies are amazingly easy to make!
2 cups of sugar
4 Tablespoons of cocoa
1 stick of Crisco
1/2 cup of milk
1) Mix above ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil stirring constantly. (You could also put them in a microwave safe bowl and stick in the microwave until it is brought to a boil.)
2) Boil 2 minutes. (If you did put it in the microwave, just make sure you watch it carefully so you don't make a huge mess.)
3) Remove from heat and stir in
1 cup of peanut butter
1 tsp of vanilla
3 cups of gluten free minute oats. (You could use Jules or Glutenfreeda)
4) Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper covered cookie sheet and let cool.
