2 cups of gluten-free flour blend (I used Pamela's)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of apple sauce
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1 cup of ripe mashed kiwis
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix the maple syrup, apple sauce and kiwis until well blended.
3. Slowly add the dry ingredients until everything is well mixed.
4. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
