1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg, beaten
2 cups of gluten free dry instant oats
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1) Pour the oil into the slow cooker to grease the sides and bottom.
2) Add and mix the remaining ingredients.
3) Bake 2 1/2- 3 hours on Low.
4) Add cinnamon for serving (optional) But it really added a nice little kick :)
The unfortunate part is trying to set this up for a warm morning breakfast with the timing. But it could be a great brunch dish or I even had mine for lunch to mix things up on a cold day. Enjoy!
