While in the midst of my baking spree today my husband eventually asked what we were doing for dinner. With the kitchen tied up, we were at a loss. So we ordered Chinese food. Now as every gluten free person knows this could easily be a disaster. However, I've found a Chinese place near me that I've braved on more than one occasion now as long as I stick to my safe order. I get fried rice without soy sauce. So essentially it's white rice with all the veggies and the meat. I got pork today. So order arrives, everything is good. But I decided I wanted a little kick added to the fried rice. I dug around in my cupboard and found this thai peanut sauce I'd ordered awhile back from GlutenFreely.com. It is delicious! It's got great flavor and texture and it really does add a kick of spice at the end of each bite. I'd highly recommend you check it out for future stir fry or Chinese food needs. It's called San-J Gluten free Thai Peanut Mildly Spicy Marinade and Dipping. They also make gluten free soy and teriyaki sauces as well.
