Two heaping tablespoons of Almond butter (could substitute peanut butter in a pinch)
1) Mash the two bananas.
2) Add the almond butter and the 4 eggs.
3) Mix thoroughly together until all lumps are gone.
4) Scoop a large spoonful onto a hot skillet. Cook until bubbles begin to form and then flip. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5) Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!
