This serves about 3 people. So adjust accordingly for more.
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons of butter
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
a dash of cinnamon
1/2 oz banana liqueur
3/4 oz light rum
vanilla ice cream
1) Melt butter and brown sugar.
2) Add bananas and cinnamon and saute a few minutes until soft.
3) Pour banana liqueur and rum over all and carefully light with match. (Caution: the flame might go quite high)
4) When flame burns out, pour immediately over vanilla ice cream.
